The caption for the cartoon reads "The democracy-inspiring model currently being used to restore the infrastructure of Iraq being applied to the Pattersons of Edison, New Jersey." In the cartoon, a policeman says, "So, let's see, we restored the electricity, made your husband stand naked on a box while we pointed and laughed at his genitals, killed your grandparents and your sister and her kids, and smeared shit all over the Jesus picture you have in the upstairs bedroom. I guess that's everything."
