By Scott Horton
Broder once more displays his intellectual incontinence with an op-ed in which he labels Harry Reid as the “Democrats' Gonzales.” The doddering dean of the Washington punditry states that a long list of Democratic senators are eager to see Reid go. However, at his last appearance before the senatorial caucus, Reid was treated to a standing ovation from his colleagues—a guesture which matches his historically high public approval figures (in marked contrast to those of Bush and Gonzales). The only place where Democratic senators are lining up to see him leave is in the delusional world of David Broder.
