Central Asia Today

By Scott Horton

This evening from 6:00—7:30, I will be giving a talk at Columbia University’s Harriman Institute, in the Lindsay Rogers Room on the Seventh Floor of the School of International and Public Affairs, 118th Street and Amsterdam in New York City. My subject is recent developments in Central Asia, with a focus on he changes in Turkmenistan since the death of Saparmurat Niyazov and the rise of Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov. All No Comment readers are welcome, and there will be a buffet featuring Central Asian food at the end of the presentation.
