Harper’s legal affairs contributor Scott Horton will be interviewed this evening on the Mike Malloy show, a nationally syndicated show on the Nova-M network. The show can be heard online at www.novamradio.com, on Sirius satellite channel 146, on XM satellite channel 167, and on about a dozen terrestrial AM stations. Sam Seder is filling in tonight for Mike Malloy. Scott will be appearing around 10:30 p.m. Eastern, 9:30 Central, 7:30 Pacific time to discuss Attorney General Michael Mukasey’s appearances before the Senate and House Judiciary Committees and the issues that were discussed, including waterboarding and the investigations into the firing of the eight U.S. Attorneys and the destruction of the CIA tapes.
