Obama and the Khadr Case

How did an ambiguous case against a child soldier from Canada that seems to frame the United States in the worst possible light wind up as the center stage opener for the resumed military commission proceedings in Guantánamo? It reveals that Obama has not only failed to implement his own policies with respect to “War on Terror” prisoners but has also put the whole thing on autopilot.
