For those interested in the subject, I’ll be on a panel tomorrow morning to talk about “Parties of God”, my piece in the March issue of the magazine that argues for American diplomatic engagement with Islamist political movements.
The panel is part of a conference organized by the Center for Strategic and International Studies, which will be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in downtown Washington. (Incidentally, the 3.1 million square foot Trade Center is a fitting tribute to the man who promoted small government but ran up the largest deficits in American history–until now.)
